The AI Coding Adoption Ladder and The MCP Wire
About this event
Twelfth AI Native Netherlands meetup at Studytube, on how teams climb from AI tool adoption to software factory patterns, and a sandboxed alternative to conventional MCP server design.
The twelfth edition of AI Native Netherlands runs at Studytube in the Houthavens, with food and drinks from 18:00 and two talks.
- The AI Adoption Ladder, Pini Reznik, CEO of re:cinq, on how engineering teams progress from individual tool adoption toward software factory patterns, and the order in which things break as adoption scales: coordination, review, testing, context, security boundaries, ownership, CI/CD and product flow
- The MCP Wire, Aleksei Moiseev of Studytube, on the limits of conventional Model Context Protocol servers and an alternative pattern that hands the model an API plus a sandboxed Python environment, with allowlists, resource limits and audit logging
Talks run at 18:45 and 19:30, networking from 20:15, close at 21:00. Free to attend.
Both sessions are pitched at engineers and technical leads already working with AI coding tools in production settings.
Organized by
Amsterdam meetup community for engineers and technical leaders building AI-native software. Each edition pairs practitioner talks on agents, AI-assisted development and production ML infrastructure with open networking.
