About this event

Ten-year anniversary edition of PyData Amsterdam at NDSM Loods, a two-day conference on open-source data and machine learning tooling with a third tutorial day hosted at Xebia.

PyData Amsterdam returns to NDSM Loods in Amsterdam-Noord for its tenth anniversary edition, running as a two-day conference on 10 and 11 September with a separate tutorial day on 12 September hosted at Xebia.

The conference serves the international community of users and developers of open-source data analysis tools, covering data management, processing, analytics and visualisation across Python, Julia and R.

Announced keynotes include:

  • From LLMs to Agents and from Words to Actions, Jay Alammar and Maarten Grootendorst
  • Mothering the Machine, Laura Summers and Andy Kitchen
  • Amidst the Visualization and Art of Data, Nadieh Bremer
  • Analytics Future, Christophe Blefari

The scope is broader than AI alone, but machine learning and LLM engineering run through a large share of the programme. Tickets are sold through Pretix; the tutorial day is booked separately. Daily start and end times were not published at the time of listing.
