Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams Meetup
About this event
The November edition of the monthly Austin meetup for engineers, PMs, designers, QA, and founders rethinking how whole teams — not just individual developers — build software when agents are part of the process.
Team-level AI, not individual productivity
This monthly meetup is aimed at everyone who touches the software lifecycle — engineers, product managers, designers, QA, technical leaders, and founders — and its framing is deliberately broader than the usual "developers using AI" conversation. The question here is how entire teams coordinate when agents are in the loop: how work gets defined, planned, designed, built, reviewed, and shipped.
The organizers' argument is that the strongest teams are no longer writing every line themselves. They set intent, spin up parallel agents, and concentrate human judgment where it actually changes the outcome — a shift that plays out across a whole organization rather than at any one desk.
