Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams Meetup
About this event
The December edition of the monthly Austin meetup on how whole software teams — engineers, PMs, designers, QA, and founders — coordinate their work when AI agents are part of the build process.
Team-level AI, not individual productivity
This monthly Austin meetup is built for everyone who touches the software lifecycle: engineers, product managers, designers, QA, technical leaders, and founders. Its framing is broader than the familiar "developers using AI" discussion — the subject is how entire teams coordinate when agents are in the loop, from how work gets defined and planned through design, build, review, and ship.
The organizers' position is that the strongest teams are no longer writing every line themselves: they set intent, run agents in parallel, and reserve human judgment for the decisions that actually matter. That is an organizational change, not a personal-productivity one, which is what this group exists to work through.
