Human Orchestrated Tools and Agents (HOTA) is the Austin AI Alliance's recurring training program, built on the premise that most AI training leaves attendees inspired but not equipped. Each session narrows to one tool, one skill, or one workflow, with enough time to learn it, practice it, and ask real questions — the organizers explicitly rule out rushed demos and passive slide decks.
These are paid, small-format sessions for professionals serious about building working AI skills, taught by practitioners who use the tools day to day.
