A free Berlin HR meetup on how AI-driven screening, preselection and automated interviewing affect applicants and hiring teams. The evening combines a short expert input, panel discussion and networking at Deutsche Bank's Q-Club.
HRpepper's Digital Transformer Club examines the human consequences of AI-supported recruitment. The discussion addresses automated screening, candidate shortlisting and interview systems, asking what organisations gain and what applicants and HR teams risk losing when algorithms take a leading role.
The programme starts with arrival at 18:00, followed by a 18:30 HRpepper input, a panel and Q&A through 20:00, then drinks-and-snacks networking. The announced panellists include Prof. Dr. Matthias Ziegler of Humboldt University and HRpepper representatives Annika Olofsson and Verena Ledeboer.
It is an in-person event at the Q-Club of Deutsche Bank on Friedrichstraße in Mitte, aimed at HR decision-makers, digital strategists and transformation leaders. Participation is free. Register through the organiser's official page.
