Microsoft Copilot & AI LAB: Level I Foundations

Association Forum’s introductory AI LAB is a hands-on, in-person workshop for professionals who are new to AI or want a stronger foundation for using Microsoft Copilot. Participants work through prompting, common workplace uses and ways to find useful, repeatable AI-assisted workflows.

The course also addresses responsible adoption, including security, acceptable-use and intellectual-property considerations. Attendees need a laptop with Office 365 and a paid Copilot installation so they can take part in the exercises. The workshop is held at Association Forum headquarters in the West Loop.
