A Farmers Branch hands-on AI challenge where teams work through real-world generative AI scenarios in live AWS environments using tools including Bedrock and open-source frameworks.
Dallas AI is hosting a hands-on AWS Jam for local builders who want to practice solving generative-AI challenges as a team. The session uses live AWS environments and highlights services and tools including Amazon Bedrock, Kiro and open-source frameworks, with an emphasis on applied problem solving rather than a lecture.
The official Meetup page lists Thursday, September 17, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM CDT at Dallas College Brookhaven Campus in Farmers Branch. Participants should bring a laptop. First-time attendees need to create and verify an AWS Builder ID with their work email before the event so they can access the Jam environment.
