PMI Houston Galleria: Human-in-the-loop Project Management

NetworkingIntermediateBusinessDevelopers

About this event

A PMI Houston chapter dinner meeting at the Home2 Suites Galleria on deciding where AI and automation should run project tasks versus where humans must stay in control.

PMI Houston's Galleria monthly meeting pairs a pre-dinner talk from Jim Benvie on institutionalizing skepticism in organizations with a main presentation from Ruqaiya Akbari on integrating AI into project management. Akbari's session uses a stoplight framework to sort project tasks into fully automated, human-overseen, and fully human-controlled categories.

PDU credit is offered: 1.0 Power Skills for the pre-dinner talk and 1.0 Ways of Working/Business Acumen for the dinner presentation. Individual registration is open through the PMI Houston chapter site.
