Future Skills Hackathon: Thriving in the Age of GenAI
About this event
King’s student hackathon on using AI responsibly at work, where interdisciplinary teams tackle business challenges with mentors from Warner Bros. Discovery and PlanPulse, then pitch ideas to industry judges.
King’s College London convenes a one-day, interdisciplinary hackathon about how to thrive in an AI-enabled workplace. Teams work on real business challenges set with Warner Bros. Discovery and PlanPulse, use AI tools to develop responses, receive mentoring and pitch their ideas to an industry judging panel.
The event is designed for students across disciplines rather than programmers alone. It emphasises critical thinking, responsible use of AI-generated material, human judgement and collaborative problem-solving. Participants receive a certificate, and prizes go to the winning team. Registration is by expression of interest and a subsequent application for selected candidates.
Organized by
London university whose Institute for Artificial Intelligence runs public research conversations, lectures and collaboration events.
