A hands-on FIU workshop for leaders ready to prototype a functional AI tool around a real work challenge. Participants build in a supportive, no-code setting rather than attending a lecture.
FIU Center for Leadership is convening a practical build lab for people who want first-hand experience applying AI to a real professional challenge. The session is designed to move participants from discussion into practice: each attendee brings a workflow or problem and begins making a simple, functional AI application around it.
No coding background is required. The organizers frame the workshop for individuals or teams who want to experiment with AI in a low-stakes setting, simplify a personal workflow, or explore a broader organizational use case. The in-person session runs at Florida International University's Modesto A. Maidique Campus in University Park from 8:45 AM to noon.
