A three-day Miami Beach conference for technology and finance leaders examining AI investment, AI governance, agentic TBM, FinOps, enterprise technology strategy, and the operating models needed to manage AI at scale.
TBM Conference 2026 brings technology, finance, product, and strategy leaders to Miami Beach for three days of keynotes, breakouts, peer exchange, and executive discussions. Its AI programming focuses on moving from experimentation to production, evaluating AI investment and value, and establishing the governance needed for AI initiatives inside large organizations.
The agenda includes a keynote on assessing AI potential, cost, viability, and scaling; AI and engineering leadership; AI investment value management; and executive sessions on practical applications and governance implications of AI. The broader program also covers Technology Business Management, FinOps, hybrid cloud, and decision-making frameworks that support enterprise AI deployment.
