The Human Agent Orchestrator by Pascal Bornet

The premise of this evening is a gap that shows up quickly once AI agents move past prototypes. Teams have largely worked out how to build agents. Far fewer have worked out how to manage them, how to structure the humans around them, or how to scale an organisation where a meaningful share of the work is done by software that acts on its own.

Pascal Bornet, an author and commentator on automation and AI followed by around two million people across social platforms, joins French Tech Miami for the launch of his new book on that subject. The session pairs the launch with an open conversation on leading and scaling AI driven organisations.

The format suits founders, operators, and engineering leaders who are past the question of whether to deploy agents and into the harder questions of oversight, delegation, and organisational design.
