AI for DEVs hosts a two-hour practical workshop on treating generative AI as an active participant in software delivery without letting it create a wave of uncontrolled technical debt.
The Los 4 Amigos format brings developers, architecture, product and quality perspectives together. During this edition, participants experiment with giving an AI system useful context, reusing documents between iterations and writing prompts that guide rather than merely accept generated code. The organiser frames the work around maintaining strong engineering standards while using AI in a project.
The session is intended to be participatory rather than a lecture. Developers, architects, product owners and QA professionals can compare approaches, test their own strategies and exchange ideas over pizza and drinks.
