About this event

A participatory conference on how AI is changing work, organisations and professions, and why many women have not yet adopted it. Led by the Colaboria co-founders, jargon-free and focused on concrete blockers.

A two-hour participatory conference and discussion at Climate House in the Sentier, on how artificial intelligence is changing work, organisations and professions, and specifically on why adoption among women has lagged.

The session is led by Pauline Trequesser, co-founder of Colaboria and co-founder of Climate House, and Elodie Soumeillan, co-founder of Colaboria.

The stated format deliberately avoids technical jargon. It focuses on identifying concrete blockers to adoption, sharing what is already working for people using AI daily in their jobs, and leaving with something actionable rather than a survey of the field.

The stated audience is entrepreneurs, executives, managers and solo founders. Men are explicitly welcome.

Ticket revenue funds partner non-profit programmes. Pricing is tiered by Climate House membership, with early-bird tiers listed on the registration page.
