Two-day conference for technology executives at the Catamaran Resort on the theme Then. Now. Next., with AI positioned as the central topic for engineering leaders navigating scale, plus peer-led sessions and leadership workshops.
7CTOs runs the 0111 conference as a roughly hundred-person gathering of technology executives, deliberately kept small enough for peer discussion rather than an auditorium format.
The 2026 theme is Then. Now. Next., and the organisers state plainly that AI takes up dedicated programme time as the defining force of the current moment for engineering leadership. Sessions address the practical battles of adopting AI while scaling an organisation, alongside speakers reflecting on their own leadership trajectories.
The main programme runs Thursday and Friday, roughly 8:30am to 5:00pm each day, with breakfast from 7:30am. A happy hour kickoff takes place the preceding evening, Wednesday 4 November, and a Slide Show Karaoke session runs Thursday night.
Held at the Catamaran Resort Hotel and Spa on Mission Bay. Ticketing requires approval, with separate member and non-member rates.
