HIMSS AI in Healthcare Forum 2026
About this event
Two-day San Diego forum for clinicians, health system leaders, technologists and innovators focused on real-world healthcare AI, including implementation, governance, policy and responsible adoption at scale.
HIMSS's AI in Healthcare Forum brings clinicians, executives, technologists, researchers and innovators to the Omni San Diego for two days of work on deploying AI in health and care. The published focus is practical rather than speculative: real-world application, implementation strategy, governance, policy and the accountability structures needed to adopt AI safely and equitably.
Unlike the preceding executive-only summit, this Forum has open attendee registration, with price tiers for healthcare providers, public-sector professionals, suppliers and other participants. It is a substantial professional conference intended primarily for people working in healthcare and health technology.
The official source confirms 22 to 23 October and the Omni venue. Detailed session hours are not yet visible on the public agenda, so the calendar times are standard business-day placeholders. Confirm final daily hours before booking travel.
Organized by
Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society, a global nonprofit association convening health technology leaders and professionals.
