A public Seattle conversation and Q&A with Liat Ben-Zur on AI, bias and leadership, co-hosted by AI-Powered Women and The SWELL at SURF Incubator.
AI-Powered Women Seattle and The SWELL host author Liat Ben-Zur for a public conversation on the leadership questions raised by AI-driven work. The session draws on Ben-Zur's book, The Bias Advantage, and explores how judgement, visibility and bias shape decision-making as AI changes organisations.
The public programme includes a noon Q&A and livestream at SURF Incubator, after an earlier private member salon. It is a useful fit for founders, managers and practitioners interested in the organisational consequences of AI rather than only its technical implementation. The in-person public session runs 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and the registration page offers the relevant ticket type.
