Owners Who Build: AI for Small Business Owners

Retify and The AI Collective Toronto open a new series for local small-business owners who want grounded guidance on whether and how to use AI. The first session looks at customer retention, using a founder case study alongside an accessible framework for evaluating AI tools, including data, privacy and evaluation considerations.

The evening is deliberately small and conversational, with networking, a practical prompt exercise, questions and a checklist rather than a generic AI overview. It is designed for owners, managers and operators across retail, food and beverage, services and ecommerce. The Luma listing caps attendance around 20 to 25 people and schedules it at Scadding Court Community Centre.
