How Leading Organizations Are Becoming AI-Native
About this event
An NVTC executive panel at LMI headquarters in McLean on restructuring to embed AI across an enterprise: governance frameworks for trustworthy AI, data infrastructure modernisation, and the speed versus security tradeoff.
The Northern Virginia Technology Council convenes a senior panel on what it actually takes to become AI-native as an organisation, as opposed to running AI pilots alongside business as usual.
The discussion covers restructuring to embed AI enterprise-wide, governance frameworks for trustworthy AI, modernising data infrastructure to support it, putting AI into core decision-making rather than peripheral tasks, the persistent tradeoff between deployment speed and security, and the workforce skills required to sustain any of it.
Schedule is registration at 8:30, panel at 9:00, audience questions at 10:00 and networking from 10:15. The session is sponsored by LMI and NVTC's AI Community of Interest and takes place at LMI headquarters on Jones Branch Drive in McLean.
Pricing is not published on the event page. NVTC typically runs member and non-member tiers, so check the registration link before planning to attend.
