The Digital Five: Living with AI
About this event
Free afternoon session on the UvA Roeterseiland campus where HvA, UvA and VU researchers show work on living well with AI and digital tools. Held in Dutch as part of the national Week van de Digitalisering.
Amsterdam AI and Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences run this afternoon session on the Roeterseiland campus as part of the national Week van de Digitalisering.
The programme is built around short research talks and showcases from HvA, UvA and VU researchers, organised under the theme of living with AI: how digital tools can give back time and attention rather than consume them. A keynote from Back to Being covers working while travelling.
The audience is a deliberate mix of students, researchers, entrepreneurs and Amsterdam residents, so the framing is accessible rather than technical.
The session is held in Dutch. It is free, but registration is required through the form linked on the organiser's event page. The exact building and room on the Roeterseiland campus were not published at the time of listing, so check the confirmation email before setting out.
Organized by
Regional AI coalition bringing together the University of Amsterdam, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Amsterdam UMC and city partners. It runs public programming on responsible AI, AI in healthcare, education and the creative sector.
