AI Assistants for Your Business — Meet Your First AI Team Members

WorkshopFreeBeginnerBusiness

About this event

A hands-on workshop for solopreneurs on structuring AI assistants as defined roles across research, content, operations, client onboarding, and communications. Includes brief-writing and prompt-flow exercises. Free, 25 seats.

Part of an ongoing Austin systems-and-automation series for one-person businesses, this session reframes AI tools as team members with defined roles rather than a single general-purpose chat window. The organizing idea is that a solopreneur can staff an org chart with assistants covering research, content production, operations, client onboarding, and routine communications.

The workshop is hands-on. Attendees work through writing effective AI briefs — the equivalent of a task handoff to a contractor — build onboarding prompt flows so an assistant starts with context instead of a blank slate, and draft chatbot scripts. Participants leave with templates and prompt libraries rather than only notes.

Hosted by Chris Lopez as part of The Rising Trend of One-Person Businesses series. Held at STATION Austin, Antone's Room on the 16th floor, 701 Brazos St. Free, with capacity limited to 25 seats.
