Build an agentic workflow, not another prompt
This hands-on masterclass is for people who already understand basic LLM prompting and want to turn repeated work into systems that remember context, use specialized skills, and run on a schedule. The session uses Hermes Agent, an open-source tool that can connect to cloud providers or local models.
Participants are asked to bring a laptop with Hermes installed and working before arrival. The practical exercises progress from setting up useful context and simple workflows to persistent memory, reusable skills, scheduled research or messaging tasks, and specialized AI team members. The organizer frames the outcome as a set of workflows attendees have built themselves, plus a method for finding repeatable work inside a business.
