A three-hour mastermind for founders and operators running AI agents inside real businesses. Peer discussion of what is actually working, deliberately excluding vendors and AI newcomers.
A working mastermind session from Agentic Society, presented by Austin Distel, formerly CMO at Jasper AI. The premise is practical AI adoption inside operating businesses — what agents are genuinely doing for revenue and headcount, rather than what they demo well at.
The format runs about four hours: roughly 30 minutes of networking over food, a two-hour facilitated mastermind discussion, then a final stretch of socializing. Conversation covers tools including Claude and Codex and the question of how teams multiply output without scaling headcount proportionally.
The organizers screen attendance tightly. They are looking for business owners in the $1M–$30M revenue range and builders scaling companies with agents — founders, operators, CMOs, COOs, and automation consultants. They explicitly exclude developers, people pitching services, and those new to AI, which keeps the discussion at an operator level.
