Meridian: Quarterly Showcase of AI in Deep Tech

NetworkingFreeAll levelsBusinessResearchersDevelopers

About this event

A quarterly Austin showcase from the Texas Futures Coalition and Neon Syndicate, pairing short presentations from AI and climate-driven deep tech companies with extended time for founders, investors, academics and policymakers to talk. Free to register.

Meridian is a recurring, invitation-style showcase built around where artificial intelligence meets deep tech and the energy transition. Each quarter the organisers select a small number of companies to present, then deliberately leave most of the running time for conversation among the founders, investors, academics, policymakers and corporate leaders in the room.

The organisers are explicit that this is not a pitch competition and not a general meetup — the intent is a repeating reference point for people working on Texas-based AI and climate-driven deep tech, with participants drawn from venture, corporate, national-lab research and UT Austin. Expect the programme to span AI alongside advanced energy, materials and the infrastructure underneath them rather than AI alone.

The venue has not been published yet. The listing carries a confirmed date and time but no address, so anyone planning to attend should re-check the registration page closer to the date. Registration is free and does not require approval; the organisers accept optional donations, which are non-refundable.
