Full Lifecycle AI Software Teams Meetup — September
About this event
The September session of Austin's monthly meetup on how whole software teams coordinate planning, design, build, review, and shipping once AI agents are part of the process.
Rethinking the software lifecycle around agents
This monthly Austin meetup is aimed at everyone who touches the software lifecycle: engineers, product managers, designers, QA, technical leaders, and founders. Its organizing question is not how an individual developer uses AI, but how an entire team coordinates when agents are part of the workflow — how work gets defined, planned, designed, built, reviewed, and shipped in an AI-first setting.
The recurring premise across sessions is that effective teams are no longer writing every line of code themselves. They set intent, run parallel agents, and concentrate human judgment where it carries the most weight. Sessions examine the consequences for team structure, review practice, and delivery cadence.
The September meeting runs 6:30–8:30 p.m. at 701 Brazos Street downtown. Free general admission through Luma. The organizer posts occurrences several months ahead, so the specific speaker and topic for this date are typically announced closer to the event — check the listing nearer the time.
