Berlin AI Day is run by buildersklub, an operator community whose stated interest is what actually shipped rather than what was announced. The programme is built around AI transformation strategies and real-world implementation stories from people who ran them.
The day is organised into three tracks: leadership, revenue operations, and product development. Expect more than 550 attendees, over 30 speakers and more than 10 workshops, so a meaningful share of the day is hands-on rather than stage time.
The venue is Festsaal Kreuzberg on Am Flutgraben, a concert hall on the Spree rather than a conference centre, which sets the tone.
Note that this date is busy in Berlin: the Agentic AI Summit and the Chief AI Officer Summit both run the same day at the Ritz-Carlton. Berlin AI Day is the operator-and-adoption option of the three.
