The speakers share practical accounts of designing experiments, handling disagreement and interpreting ambiguous signals when a product team has no settled playbook.
Luisa Gonçalves and Sasha Marynych draw on their work building AI product experiences at Superhuman. The emphasis is on decision-making during the messy development phase, rather than presenting a retrospective success formula.
