Agile Denver's Human-Centered AI community hosts an in-person panel about the realities of leading teams through AI adoption. Experienced managers will share practical stories about change, collaboration, product strategy, leadership, and the organizational conditions that affect whether AI adoption succeeds. The program is aimed at software and product leaders who want grounded perspectives rather than a technical implementation session. Food and drinks are scheduled before the panel.
