Eriksson founded ProductTank and co founded Mind the Product, and wrote The Decision Stack. His thesis for this talk is straightforward and uncomfortable: as AI collapses the cost of building software, execution stops being the scarce resource and strategic clarity becomes the bottleneck. Teams that could previously hide a weak strategy behind slow delivery no longer can.
The session covers what that shift does to product decision making, and argues for treating AI as an innovation catalyst rather than simply a way to ship the existing roadmap faster.
