Mark Cuban Foundation AI Bootcamp: Session Two
About this event
A free in-person Miami AI and machine-learning bootcamp for high-school students, covering real-world applications, ethics, and hands-on learning with a mentored capstone.
Miami Dade College and the Mark Cuban Foundation are running a free, in-person AI Bootcamp for Miami high-school students in grades 9 through 12. Each five-hour Saturday session introduces artificial intelligence and machine learning, practical ways AI appears in daily life, and the ethical questions around its use.
The three-session program also covers applications in areas such as healthcare, arts, business, computer science, sports science, and career readiness, culminating in a mentored capstone project. Computers, food, and transportation support are provided at no cost. The page identifies AI Centers on MDC’s North and Kendall campuses but does not assign a specific campus to each date, so accepted applicants should confirm their location with the organizer.
