Claude Code Users Group: October Monthly Meeting
About this event
Monthly San Diego session at the University of San Diego working through agentic coding practice: Claude Code fundamentals, the Claude API, and building with the Model Context Protocol.
The Claude Code Users Group meets on the first Thursday of each month at Loma Hall on the University of San Diego campus.
Sessions cover the practical mechanics of working with coding agents: structuring a project so an agent can navigate it, using the API directly, and extending tooling through the Model Context Protocol. The group skews hands-on, so bring a laptop if you want to follow along.
Suitable for developers who have started using agentic coding tools and want to move past surface-level usage. Newcomers are welcome.
Parking in the Mission Parking Structure is $4 per hour and free after 7:00pm.
