The Claude Impact Lab is a Seattle AI Week social-impact hackathon sponsored by Anthropic and organised with We Build With AI and WTIA. Teams of three or five spend a full day building AI apps, workflows and playbooks for small businesses, then submit an open-source GitHub repository and demo recording.
The official agenda for Sunday, October 25 begins with 9:00 AM check-in and team formation, then opening at 9:45, build time from 10:30, a 5:30 submission deadline, dinner and final presentations from 6:30, with winners announced at 7:30 PM. Food and drinks are provided. Teams include a small-business participant, experienced professionals and a current student or recent graduate; non-developers may apply.
The team-formation happy hour takes place separately on Saturday, October 24, from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM for admitted participants. Registration is an application and requires a follow-up survey. The hackathon is at Thinkspace Seattle in South Lake Union.
