Free weekly AI meetup on the UNSW Kensington campus, hosted by the UNSW Founders Program. Attendees build an AI project for the first hour, then spend the second hour networking and taking part in the curated Focused AI Hour discussion.
AI: After Hours takes place on 22 September 2026 from 17:00 to 19:00 at the Michael Crouch Innovation Centre, on the UNSW Kensington campus.
What to expect
The first half of the evening is dedicated build time. Attendees bring an AI project and work on it in company, which tends to be more productive than doing the same thing alone. The second half combines open networking with the Focused AI Hour, a curated topic discussion.
Practical notes
The UNSW Founders Program hosts the series weekly. It is free, and it welcomes students, founders and anyone building with AI regardless of experience level.
