Rotman hosts an in-person Toronto discussion on how knowledge workers can use AI without surrendering judgment, originality, reputation or sustainable working practices.
Rotman School of Management brings four short talks and a moderated audience Q&A to Desautels Hall for an in-person examination of work in an AI-shaped economy.
The programme asks where human judgment and reputation retain their value as AI tools become routine in knowledge work. It also addresses the practical risk that AI-supported speed can become a source of unsustainable pressure, rather than a benefit. Check-in and light refreshments begin at 5:00 PM, with talks starting at 5:30 PM.
