MaRS Discovery District convenes a panel for founders and technology leaders working through what it means to build an AI-first company. The discussion examines how AI changes product architecture, business development, go-to-market strategy and internal culture for both new startups and established software firms.
Speakers will address the real choices behind the hype, including retrofitting legacy SaaS, setting employee AI policies and deciding where human work should remain central. The free session runs in Toronto's East Bayfront from noon to 1:30 PM. The exact location is shared after registration.
