Skills vs. Agents: What Are You Actually Building?
About this event
Buildrs United runs an interactive Washington session on distinguishing prompts, reusable skills, workflows and agentic systems, with practical examples and audience problem solving.
Buildrs United hosts a practical discussion of when a product needs a prompt, a reusable skill, a workflow, a single agent or an agent team. The session is designed for people making product decisions rather than only for engineers: founders, operators, designers and AI-curious attendees are all invited.
Panelists will walk through examples on screen, take audience questions and work through real product ideas. Topics include what actually makes a system agentic, which workloads suit agents, and how to choose the simplest reliable implementation. The organizer will share the exact Washington venue with registered guests.
