STATION DC hosts the YourCadre founders demoing live agents on real service-firm workflows, drawing on three years running Atlantic-scale support agents in production at Atlassian.
Most agent demos work on a toy problem. This session at STATION DC is about the gap between that and production.
The YourCadre founders demo live agents running on genuine service-firm workflows, including RFP responses and payroll and HR compliance. Their credibility here comes from having built Atlassian's support agent system, which has run in production for three years at over 92 percent customer satisfaction.
The discussion focuses on what actually breaks when you move an agent from pilot to production, and how to scale past the demo stage. Attendees are invited to bring their own difficult workflows to the session, so it works better as a working discussion than a spectator event.
STATION DC is in NoMa, near the NoMa-Gallaudet Metro station. The event is free and requires approval on registration.
