About this event
Refraction's monthly AI day in McLean combines an open hub, a midday Byte-Sized Lunch Lab where attendees build working prototypes, and an evening panel on AI for your business with the Harvard Club of Washington DC.
Refraction runs its AI Exchange on the second Thursday of each month at its 30,000 square foot hub in Valo Park, Tysons. The hub is open through the day, with two anchored sessions.
The Byte-Sized Lunch Lab runs from midday to 1:00 and is genuinely hands-on: attendees build working prototypes rather than watch a demonstration. The evening programme runs 6:30 to 8:30 and, for the September edition, is a panel titled "AI for Your Business" co-organised with the Harvard Club of Washington DC.
The audience skews founders, operators and investors rather than research engineers, so it suits people making AI adoption decisions for a company.
