Transfer Festival 2026 brings together people working on workplace learning, professional development and organisational transformation. Its central question is how employees and leaders can continue learning when artificial intelligence changes tasks, skills and working practices.
The Regionales Zukunftszentrum Berlin presents the event as a place to exchange practical approaches to AI-enabled change, rather than a purely technical AI conference. It is relevant to managers, learning professionals and practitioners shaping adoption inside organisations.
