Parloa's two-day Berlin conference for enterprise leaders applying agentic AI to customer experience, with keynotes, workshops and networking focused on getting AI from proof of concept into dependable production.
WAVE is Parloa's flagship gathering for enterprise AI and customer-experience leaders. The 2026 edition convenes more than 700 attendees at Wilhelm Studios for keynotes, hands-on workshops and networking.
The conference focuses on practical deployment of agentic and voice AI in customer operations: moving from proof of concept to production value, building reliable AI agents, changing EU regulation and data-sovereignty expectations, and the organisational work around CX transformation.
It is primarily aimed at AI, data, digital and operations leaders, as well as founders and implementation partners. The early-bird ticket is EUR 549 through 31 August, with general admission from 1 September at EUR 799. The official page confirms the two dates but not detailed daily hours, so the calendar uses a provisional 09:00 start on the first day and 18:00 close on the second. Confirm the agenda before travel.
