Backup as Code and AI-Boosted Teams at Brevo

Cloud Native Computing Paris hosts this in-person technical evening at Brevo. Its AI-focused talk explains how a platform team uses specialised Claude agents with production tools such as Kubernetes, Datadog, Mimir, Netbox, ArgoCD and Slack to support on-call operations, alert triage and living runbooks. Speakers will also discuss observed failure modes and human validation.
