GAIN #15: Context Engineering for Self-Service BI on Hex and Omni
About this event
The fifteenth edition of the GenAI Network monthly meetup, on why context engineering decides whether a self-service business intelligence model built on Hex and Omni actually works.
The fifteenth edition of the monthly GAIN meetup, run by the GenAI Network, which describes itself as the first French community bringing together generative AI pioneers.
This session is about context engineering as the deciding factor in self-service business intelligence. The premise is that pointing a language model at a warehouse does not produce trustworthy self-service analytics on its own: what determines whether analysts get correct answers is how carefully the surrounding context is constructed, including semantic definitions, metric logic and the shape of what the model is allowed to see. The worked setting is a self-BI model built on Hex and Omni.
The programme is three presentations followed by an exchange and networking session.
The meetup is held in the 17th arrondissement on rue d'Armaillé and is hosted by Alexandre Tombeur, Paul Mochkovitch, Juliette Duizabo and Kevin Benard. The series regularly covers agentic workflows, language model industrialisation, infrastructure and security. This is the in-person ticket and the session runs in French.
