Steven Palma, LeRobot tech lead at Hugging Face, presents the open-source robotics project being called the PyTorch of robotics, to an audience of engineers and researchers working on embodied AI.
The third Physical AI Paris meetup convenes engineers, researchers and builders working on robots, embodied agents, autonomous systems and the AI tools that make them more accessible.
Steven Palma, LeRobot tech lead at Hugging Face, is the featured speaker. He leads the open-source LeRobot project, which brings together teleoperation, datasets, training and deployment tooling for robot-learning policies, and has recently integrated NVIDIA's GR00T models.
The official Meetup page confirms Wednesday 16 September, 19:00 to 22:00, at La Cristallerie, 12 rue Martel in Paris. Its published run of show has an introduction at 19:50, Palma's talk at 20:00 and networking from 20:20. Register through Meetup before attending.
