A two-day AI safety hackathon at Holberton School in Puteaux, with teams of one to four, meals provided, applications reviewed by the Mistral team and prizes in LLM credits plus an internship.
A two-day hackathon on AI safety, held at Holberton School Paris in Puteaux, in the La Defense business district.
The subject matter distinguishes it from the general build-something hackathons on the Paris calendar: the work is oriented toward safety questions in AI systems rather than toward shipping a product demo. The event is organised by TheScorton, who also runs the Apéros CyberIA series.
Teams are one to four people. Both days run 10:30 to 20:30 and meals are provided throughout. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis by the Mistral team, so applying early matters more than it would for an open-registration event.
The prize structure is weighted toward continued work rather than cash. First place takes 3,000 dollars in LLM credits, 1,000 dollars in perks and one internship. Second takes 2,000 dollars in credits plus 500 in perks, and third takes 1,000 dollars in credits plus 300 in perks.
No registration fee is listed.
