People Side of AI: Lessons from Change Management Front Lines

AI Innovators Network hosts an in-person Crystal City panel on the organizational work behind AI adoption, bringing change-management practitioners together to discuss resistance, implementation pitfalls and how teams make new tools stick.
AI tools are only part of an adoption effort. This in-person AI Innovators Network panel focuses on the people and organizational change that determine whether an AI initiative becomes useful in practice.
Three organization-development and change-management practitioners will discuss what they are seeing inside teams implementing AI: resistance and uncertainty, common rollout mistakes, and approaches that help staff adapt to new workflows. The conversation is intended for leaders and practitioners responsible for bringing AI into real organizations rather than merely evaluating the technology.
