An HBS Club of Washington discussion at JLL on how AI agents, robotics and automation could reshape work, skills, hiring, wages and the public-policy choices around the transition.
The HBS Club of Washington, DC convenes a discussion on the workplace effects of artificial intelligence, robotics and automation.
The programme focuses on the shift from isolated pilots to work organised around human-AI collaboration. It examines how tasks, roles, wage structures, skills and hiring pipelines may change, and what business, government and workers can do in response.
Taylor Stockton, Chief Innovation Officer at the US Department of Labor, is among the speakers. The event takes place at JLL on K Street and is moderated by Vitaliy Goncharuk, who leads the club’s Technology and AI interest group. It is open to non-members with a paid ticket.
